The ASSESS project aims to contribute to the development of the skills of professionals working in VET (Vocational Education and Training) or those who advise and support organizations towards employment (trainers, advisors, counselors, trainers, third sector companies, mentors from private and public companies). It provides a shared methodology and an assessment tool that enables them to continuously evaluate key employability skills.

This approach will take into account the specific characteristics of the final beneficiaries (youth and adults in training or seeking employment) and the employment requirements from the perspective of companies, considering job opportunities and local needs.
