Objectives:
- Build the capacity of youth workers to use digital tools including AI to support young women to boost their skills and competences for employment
- Develop digital skills and competences of young women, required for the labour market
- Strengthen entrepreneurial skills of young women to prepare them for the labour market and promote career opportunities
- Develop innovative quality resources for youth workers and young people to promote skills for employability and foster inclusion

Implementation:
Implementation of the activities will take place, while a Committee will be established to support the success of the project and help develop digital and entrepreneurial skills of young women to enhance their employability:
- A 3-day implementation of the Training package will be conducted
- A pilot phase will be conducted for the Digital Escape Rooms to test and evaluate them -Promotional activities, events and a final conference will be organised to further disseminate the results.

Results:
- SheLeads Guide which will help build the capacity of youth workers to enhance the digital skills of young women
- SheLeads Digital Escape Rooms to improve their digital and entrepreneurial skills of young women
- A Training package which will provide hands-on opportunities for youth workers
- At least 250 young women and 100 youth workers will directly participate in the SheLeads implementation activities
- At least 5 events and 150 participants in the SheLeads dissemination events.
