Duration: January 2025 – June 2028
Website: Under development.
The Cooking Resilience project is aimed at building the capacity of culinary vocational education and training (VET) as a tool for resilience, inclusion, and economic reconstruction in Ukraine. To accomplish this objective, the project aims to reskill VET teachers and trainers, update curricula, and build support networks to address the immediate challenges of the conflict and prepare the sector for the future.
The main objectives of the project are:
- To improve culinary VET teachers’ capacitation on pedagogical and technical skills aligned with the labour market needs that ease the employment of students.
- To develop a collaborative network of private and public stakeholders in culinary VET to maintain the curricula updated to the current and future labour market demands and to enable apprenticeships and to facilitate employment opportunities.
- To enhance the collaboration between Ukrainian and European institutions that support the development of accessible and quality VET education in Ukraine.
