The objective of VIRDUAL project is to boost digital innovation in VET by skilling teachers and in-company trainers, target users of the project, to use Extended Reality tools and apply simulation techniques to train work-readiness skills of apprentices and participants in Work-based learning, target beneficiaries.

The seven partner entities of VIRDUAL project, including VET centres, companies and Public bodies from Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkïye, Cyprus, Germany and Ireland, will implement the following activities:
WP1. Project Management.
WP2. Training Curriculum and Learning Units Plan
WP3. VIRDUAL e-Learning Campus, Instructional Web App and online Learning Activities
WP4. Piloting phases and development of the Recommendations for skills validation, certification and accreditation
WP5. Dissemination and exploitation

The project will produce the following set of main results:
1. Quality Plan and Evaluation Strategy
2. Training curriculum on work-readiness skills for WBL through XR
3. Learning Units Plan
4. VIRDUAL e-Learning Campus
5. Instructional Web App and online Learning Activities
6. Recommendations for skills validation, certification and accreditation.
7. Evaluation report of two piloting phases
8. Dissemination Plan and tools
9. Exploitation strategy and Sustainability Commitment
