MOBUILDING aims to remove obstacles to mobility of apprentices in the building sector, creating new structures and networks for apprentices’ mobility, enhancing outreach to apprentices and employers and improving the quality of learning mobility experiences by means of:
(i) Targeting barriers and structural obstacles to mobility of apprentices in the building sector, exploring challenges and defining an Action Plan to foster Apprenticeship Mobility in the Building Sector in Europe.
(ii) Supporting sending and hosting organisations with a new European Platform for Apprenticeship Mobility in the Building sector.
(iii) Enhancing the outreach to apprentices and employers and the quality of the learning mobility experience.
