Main projet goal is to test a new model of inclusive reskilling labs to boost the digital and sustainable future of the Crafts sector, bringing together public and private players to help employed and unemployed workers reskill for crafts sector jobs adapted to the green and digital economy.
The project aims to establish a European Craft Sector Reskilling Alliance that will define the Blueprint of Reskilling labs for the Craft sectors in Europe and implement and test a CRAFT Reskilling LABs Platform to support reskilling and upskilling training programmes.
The expected result is an effective structural collaboration framework in the crafts sectors in Europe, where all actors involved share the responsibility for adult skills development.
