The project Dual VET 4.0: Strengthening Dual Vocational Education and Digital Monitoring Systems in Tunisia and Morocco aims to modernise Dual VET systems by addressing structural gaps and aligning them with European best practices. Building on evidence from Torino Process reports and EU–Southern Neighbourhood priorities, it will develop a comprehensive needs analysis, design innovative curricula, and create digital learning and monitoring tools.
Through the establishment of the DUALVET Nexus Academy, the project will provide an integrated online platform, career guidance hub, micro-credentialing tools, and knowledge repositories for VET trainers. Capacity-building sessions, knowledge transfer activities, and pilot implementation will ensure sustainable adoption in Tunisia and Morocco.
By enhancing quality, digitalisation, and labour market relevance, the project contributes to employability, socio-economic development, and stronger Euro-Mediterranean cooperation in VET.
