Objectives:
-- Generate new knowledge on soft skills in the manufacturing sector and contribute to VET sector readiness for green and digital transitions
-- Support VET providers with innovative high quality co-created soft skills VET curriculum for the manufacturing sector
--Equip VET learners with necessary soft skills to increase their employability in the manufacturing sector
--Strengthen transnational cooperation of VET providers, industry actors and relevant stakeholders

Implementation:
- Explore current soft skills needs in MFG through focus groups and surveys
- Develop a curriculum to be peer-reviewed and adapted
- Create a soft skills for Manufacturing Training Handbook and Trainer's Guide
- Develop a pilot methodology
- Train the trainers seminars
- Pilot delivery of SoftSkills4Mfg training programme
- dissemination and Exploitation Plan
- SoftSkills4Mfg website and branding materials
- Sustainability Guide ensuring compliance with EU and national standards
- Transferability map

Results:
-Current need for Soft skills in manufacturing report
-VET soft Skills Curriculum for the manufacturing sector
-VET Quality Educational Resources: Soft Skills Training Handbook and Trainer’s Guide
- Train the Trainers seminars implemented in 4 countries
- Soft skills training programme with 150 participants
- Pilot evaluation report
- Lessons learnt and upscaling and transferability map
